Born in Fresno, California, with a family who has roots firmly planted in the country, food was always central in Jordan's home. She began working in various food related positions, going from coffee to sport's bars to well-known eateries around her home town. In 2017, she took to culinary school to take her passion for food to the next level, focusing on baking and pastry. Jordan came to Hyatt in 2022 and began working in management as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager before taking on the Food and Beverage Manager role for the AM outlets in the hotel.

Growing up as a second-generation Asian American in Redding, California, Kae always had a deep connection to food. He began his career in the restaurant industry working at casinos and mom-and-pop shops, where he quickly earned a reputation for his dedication and skill in the kitchen. In 2015, Kae took his talents to Hyatt, starting as a line cook and steadily advancing into roles in purchasing & acquisitions and now to restaurant management. Despite embracing new challenges in the industry, Kae has never lost his love for cooking, often delighting family and friend with his culinary creations, keeping his roots and passion alive.

Born into a military family, travel and experiencing various cultures fueled Seryna’s passion for food and beverage. Seryna started her hospitality journey at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego in 2022, where she further established her enthusiasm for food and beverage management and discovered her love for exceptional guest service. This pivotal experience encouraged her to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management, deepening her understanding of the industry. Seryna is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences that reflect her diverse background and bring connection through service excellence.

Born and raised in Elk Grove, California, Bridget is a dedicated mother of six and is well seasoned in the food and beverage industry with 25 years of experience. She joined Hyatt in 2007, where she embraced various roles, honing her skills and passion for guest service. In 2023, she transitioned into management, bringing her expertise to the forefront. A passionate baker, Bridget cherishes the tradition of creating unique holiday desserts for her family. Her love for food stems from the special moments shared in restaurants, where she strives to provide the best service and enhance each guest's experience.

Born in South Korea, Jay and his family immigrated to the United States when he was seven years old. He spent his childhood in the Newport Beach/Orange County area before attending University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he double majored in Hospitality and Communications. He began his career in the restaurant industry in Las Vegas working on the nightlife side before joining Hyatt in 2013 as a Corporate Management Trainee. In the five years that Jay has been in Sacramento he became a Certified Sommelier.
