Join Vintner Kathryn Hall at Dawson's for an extraordinary evening of fine food and wine as we celebrate the release of her flagship Kathryn Hall Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Chef Alexis Gutierrez has thoughtfully crafted a multi-course dinner paired with extraordinary wines from their HALL, WALT and BACA wines, culminating in a multi-vintage showcase and the highly anticipated debut of the 2022 vintage release.
Throughout the evening, Kathryn will share stories of her family’s rich winegrowing heritage, the origins of the Kathryn Hall Cabernet, and her remarkable 30-year journey building HALL Wines. This is more than a dinner, it’s a chance to experience the wines and the journey behind them, together with Kathryn herself.
